Printing, Copying, Binding, Button Making & Laminating

Printing:

The Education Technology Lab is equipped with a printer/scanner (b/w and colour available). Print credits are required and can be purchased at the IT&S Helpdesk on the lower floor of the Mount Library or on the IT&S website using Pcounter WebDeposit and a credit card. Wireless printing from your device is also available. B/W printing costs 10 cents per side and 50 cents per side for colour printing.

Copying: A photocopier is available just outside the CRC. We can assist with replenishing paper or solving routine technical problems. You can purchase copies using a  Mount copy card ($0.10 per copy) purchased in the Mount Library. Pay $1 for the card and then a $2 or $5 allotment for copying. Return your empty card to the Mount Library for a refund of the $1 deposit.

Button Making: We have a punch and button maker to turn your printed text or image into a wearable 1 1/4 " button. See CRC staff for details.

Laminating: We also offer laminating when you have special sheets such as images, instructions or game cards that you wish to protect in plastic. Price varies depending on the size and number of sheets being laminated, and a CRC staff member can show you how.

Die cut machine: Try out our Silhouette Cameo die cut machine in the CRC Makerspace. Great for creating precision graphics or custom Math manipulatives.

Binding: When you wish to professionally present your final projects or unit plans, we have the tools to punch, cover, and bind your project with spiral plastic. Ask a CRC staff member to show you how. Prices vary depending on the size of the binding job. Note that full service printing is available through the University's Print Shop. Faxing and other business services are available through the Students' Union Hub located in Rosaria.
