Importing from Google Scholar

 

IMPORTANT!

If you are searching Google Scholar from off campus please access it using the Mount Library link: 

http://ezproxy.msvu.ca/login?url=http://scholar.google.ca

You will be required to login but it will ensure that you are recognized as a Mount student when exporting to RefWorks.

 

 

1) Before doing your search, click on the "Settings" tab on the upper page.  (It may be under "More")

 

2) Under "Bibliography Manager" click "Show links to import citations into." Select "RefWorks" from the drop-down citation manager menu. Click "Save."

 

3) Conduct your search. To export references, click on the "Import into RefWorks" links beneath the articles you wish to import.

 

4) In RefWorks, click "View Last Imported Folder" to locate your references.
