Library Awards

The Mount Saint Vincent University Library promotes two annual awards. These awards are available to undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding research skills in using information and resources when completing a research assignment at the Mount.

Library Award Winners

The 2018 winners are: 

Sister Frances de Sales Endowed Award goes to Isabella Redgate for her paper ‘Dissectible bodies in the nineteenth century: Robbery of African American graves for anatomical dissection in the United States’. Isabella submitted her paper for RELS 3391 Advanced Evil. 

The MSVU Library Award goes to Alishia Berthelet for her paper ‘Women’s studies at Mount Saint Vincent University: A critical look’. Alishia wrote her paper for HIST 4481 Maritime Women’s History.
