MSVU community members can book appointments with Librarians for support with research, and finding and using library resources. Research Help appointment availability for Fall 2024 runs from September 9 to December 13.
Book a research appointment for support with defining a topic, developing a research strategy, or locating and using subject-specific resources. Let your students know that they can get one-on-one research help by booking an appointment with a Librarian!
Librarians can also arrange library orientation sessions or library research workshops as required by faculty. These sessions introduce students to using the library for research, and highlight library resources that students may find useful to in their research and course assignments. Sessions can be tailored to target specific skills needed to complete particular research assignments.
Faculty are asked to book their sessions as far in advance as possible to ensure Librarian availability. To request a library session for your class, submit this form.
