The Mount Archives accepts records transfers from internal departments of the University. Records transfer forms are located in the MSVU Intranet under Departments > President's Office > Records Management > Transfer to Archives Form.
Departments are asked to weed their records using university retention schedules (located in the Document Centre) and to ensure that they are inactive records before initiating a transfer. The Archives is unable to store semi-active records at this time.
