Research Help service is offered via email (library@msvu.ca) and web conferencing (book an appointment).

Please check the monthly calendar for holidays, intersession hours, and other exceptions.

The MSVU Library & Archives team is pleased to one again welcome all students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to campus effective Monday, July 5, 2021. In addition to on-campus services, many virtual services (including online Research Help appointments) will continue.

Be sure to complete an online health assessment each day that you visit campus.

In-Library pick-up of holds and document delivery is now available, so we are no longer offering curbside pickup in McCain or Assisi. Returns are available in the Library, via the blue return bin outside EMF, or at participating borrow anywhere return anywhere (BARA) libraries.

Please keep in mind this appointments are made at least 24 hours in advance.

MSVU LibChat

This service will run 12-4PM Monday to Thursday. When the service is running,  you will be able to chat directly with MSVU Library staff. You can get help with things like library account login issues, citations, research help questions, and more.

Novanet LiveHelp

An online chat-based reference service provided by Novanet libraries.
